The Hamilton Tiger-Cats (2-8) occupy the bottom spot. In the West, the Saskatchewan Roughriders (5-5) are now tied with the BC Lions, while the Calgary Stampeders and Winnipeg Blue Bombers both sit at 4-6. The Edmonton Elks (3-7) round out the division.
This hard-fought victory keeps Toronto in the thick of the playoff race, while Saskatchewan will need to regroup quickly to maintain their position in the competitive West Division. Both teams showed flashes of brilliance, but consistency will be key as they move forward in the 2024 CFL season.
Can the Argonauts build on this close win and make a push for the top of the East Division? Will the Roughriders be able to bounce back from this tough loss and solidify their playoff position?
