The Montreal Alouettes announced Friday that they have signed N WR Alex Charette.

The Ontario native and Guelph University product last played for the Argonauts from 2017 to 2019, where he was part of the Grey Cup championship team.

The Alouettes drafted Charette 36th overall in 2015, and he was with the team through 2016. In his career he’s amassed 218 yards on 26 catches.

Charette returns to Montreal on a 1-year deal.
