Alouette's Keys to the Game
Bounce Back with Davis Alexander
Alexander threw for 242 yards and 2 touchdowns with 1 interception last week despite the loss. It was a down game by his standards this season, and Alouettes fans are likely expecting him to get back to his 300 yards per game pace. It will be important that he does not get too aggressive in getting back to his previous levels of production.
Pound the Rock
Last week saw the Alouettes stray away from the game as they were trailing BC last week and only handed the ball off 9 times to their running back. Montreal has had great success this season on the ground and should look to keep that as a frequently used component of their offense and not go away from the ground game as we saw last week..
Makes things Uncomfortable for Harrison Frost
Harrison Frost is expected to start for Hamilton with Bo Levi Mitchell out for the season. Montreal’s front needs to make things uncomfortable in the backfield with an effective pass rush. Expect to see some creative linebacker blitzes mixed in, which Montreal frequently utilizes.
Stop the Run
Hamilton has an effective ball carrier starting at running back in Larry Rountree III. Montreal needs to limit the effectiveness of Hamilton’s run game and deny run support.

Score Prediction:
I am predicting the Montreal Alouettes to bounce back and win, 34-24. Hamilton has been struggling to find their way since losing Bo Levi Mitchell to injury.
