Vernon Adams Jr. carved up Hamilton for 252 yards and the Stampeders piled on 20 fourth-quarter points to blow the game open.
The Calgary Stampeders rolled into Tim Hortons Field and left with a 44-20 beatdown of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, evening Calgary up to 4-4 while Hamilton drops to 3-5. The Ticats actually out-gained Calgary 395 yards to 338, but four sacks and a killer red-zone letdown turned a competitive game into a laugher by the final whistle.
