It’s Official: The Edmonton Elks Sign DB Kobe Williams on a 1-Year Deal.

The Edmonton Elks continue to bolster their secondary by signing DB Kobe Williams on a 1-Year Deal.

The Long Beach, California native played his college football at Arizona State.  In 38 career games for the Sun Devils, Kobe Williams contributed with 143 total tackles, two interceptions, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery.

Since entering the CFL in 2021 with the Calgary Stampeders, his numbers have improved yearly.  In the last two seasons, he had back-to-back 18 games played in Cowtown during the regular season. 

With 48 games under his belt, Kobe Williams has 136 defensive tackles, one sack, and three interceptions.
