Jamie Fine to Headline SiriusXM Grey Cup Kickoff, Joined by Simone Soman for O Canada

Jamie Fine Takes Center Stage

Ottawa-born artist Jamie Fine is confirmed as the opening act for the SiriusXM Grey Cup Kickoff Show. The four-time JUNO nominee will enliven the atmosphere at Hamilton’s Tim Hortons Field on November 19, ahead of the CFL’s 110th Grey Cup championship. Fine is no stranger to the CFL stage, having performed in Ottawa for the Thursday Night Football Concert Series back in 2018.


Fine’s Journey in Music

After winning the first season of the Canadian reality music competition The Launch, Fine became a household name. She transitioned into a solo artist in 2020 and has been charting her own course with hits like “If Anything’s Left” and her debut EP “eight gardengate.”


Simone Soman’s Musical Prelude

Simone Soman, known for her inspiring run to the semifinals on the second season of Canada’s Got Talent, will sing O Canada. Soman has previously opened for a slew of artists, including The Beach Boys and Michael Bublé, and her renditions of the national anthem have graced multiple events, including the 2022 Canada Summer Games.

Fine and Soman join an impressive roster that includes five-time Grammy winners Green Day and country megastar Carrie Underwood. The 110th Grey Cup will be broadcast live on TSN and RDS, and tickets are available via Ticketmaster while supplies last.

The Grey Cup Festival from November 13-19 will feature over 40 events, making it a week-long celebration that caters to football aficionados, music enthusiasts, athletes, and families alike.
