A dual-threat quarterback is tremendously valuable in fantasy.

He looked very comfortable in his first start and did a great job making quick reads and getting rid of the ball quickly and accurately. He had the 4th most points among CFL quarterbacks last week in just his first start.Bo Levi Mitchell is back practicing now at a limited capacity so there is a small chance tha Bo Levi Mitchell will be back at QB for Hamilton.

Taquan Mizzell had a great first 4 games in his rookie CFL season. He missed the last 2 games due to a knee injury. He has an impressive 5.3 yards per carry so far this season. He does not have any touchdowns this season which is partially why his fantasy average is not higher. If he’s healthy this week that’s who I am going with. Mizzell was a full participant in practice on Tuesday. BC is playing Edmonton who has been the worst team so far at stopping the run.
