The BC Lions ran through, around, and over the Montreal Alouettes at home, piling up 453 yards in a 48-29 win.
BC scored on offense, on the ground, and basically whenever it wanted, dropping 44 unanswered points across the second and fourth quarters to bury Montreal 48-29 at BC Place. The Alouettes still sit at 10-3 and hold a share of first place in the East, but this one wasn't close on the field. The Lions improve to 7-6 and keep pace in a crowded West Division race.

Quick Hits
Zander Horvath found the end zone three times on the ground, and the Lions ran for four total rushing touchdowns as a team while Montreal's ground game never got going with just 72 yards on 12 carries.
Nathan Rourke was efficient through the air (24/33, 317 yds) and still had the legs to add a 77-yard rushing day and a score, making him the engine on both sides of the ball.
Davis Alexander threw for two touchdowns but the pick and two sacks allowed slowed Montreal down at the worst times, and the Alouettes' offense went cold after a 23-point second quarter, managing just 3 points in each of the third and fourth.
