Cody Fajardo carved up the Argos through the air while Edmonton's ground game wore them down in a 42-12 blowout.
The Edmonton Elks put this one away by pulling steadily ahead each quarter, outscoring the Toronto Argonauts 31-9 over the second half alone. Edmonton improves to 7-3 and stays glued to Montreal atop the West, while Toronto drops to 4-5 and now sits outside the playoff cushion in a crowded middle of the East.
