Dominique Davis called up to be QB1 for Ottawa REDBLACKS

For the upcoming matchup against the BC Lions, Ottawa REDBLACKS have decided to start  Dominique Davis over long time vet Matt Nichols.

Nichols hasn’t cracked 500 yards in the first 4 weeks, throwing 3 interceptions and no touchdowns. Davis got onto the field towards the end of last week’s loss to Montreal, where he threw for 291 yards, 2 interceptions, 2 touchdowns, ending with 69.7% completions on 33 attempts.

Dominique Davis will be looking to reinvigorate the Ottawa REDBLACKS’ offence, which is ranked last in the league.

Davis and the Ottawa REDBLACKS will take on the BC Lions this Saturday September 11th at 10:00 PM EST
