The BC Lions report that they have a “major announcement” coming soon vie press conference scheduled for 2:15 eastern time.

Former owner Dave Bradley passed away in October 2020, but had said there was enough left in his estate to run the team in the mean time.

Newest reports have the new owner as Amar Doman, owner of the Vancouver-based company, The Futura Corporation. As was also confirmed by TSN’s Farhan Lalji via Twitter.
