CFL’s 2022 Key Dates And Schedules You Should Not Miss

The 2022 CFL schedule has now been published. On Thursday, June 9, 2022, the Calgary Stampeders will host the Montreal Alouettes as the season begins.

The Canadian Football League resumes a 21-week regular season in 2022 following the canceled 2020 campaign and a reduced 2021 season. The league’s 18 teams will play 18 games each, with three bye weeks.

The WCHA is a 16-team league meaning that there are always four games against the same team, one at home and three on the road in a single season. Every year, the two additional games are swapped.

The CFL’s regular season consists of 14 weeks, with each team playing twice during that period. On Monday, May 23, the Saskatchewan Roughriders will host the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the first preseason game.

The Canadian Football League’s playoffs begin on Sunday, November 6, 2022, and will conclude with the 109th Grey Cup on Sunday, November 20. The game will be held at Regina’s Mosaic Stadium.

All CFL games are broadcast in Canada on TSN. Viewers in the United States will be able to watch all CFL games live on the ESPN networks and ESPN+. A total of at least 20 games, including one of the two Division Finals and the Grey Cup, will air on the ESPN networks, with streamed versions available via ESPN.
