He also led the team in receiving touchdowns with 5. Blackmon had 2 games over 100 yards receiving and was named to Second Team All-Gulf South Conference.
In 2021 Blackmon played all 12 games for West Georgia contributing 409 yards on 42 receptions. He also added 3 touchdown receptions and a punt return touchdown.
Blackmon played for Toledo in the MAC in 2020 in all 6 games of the shortened covid season. He contributed 12 receptions for 149 yards and 2 touchdowns.
