The Cologne Centurions have signed former Stuttgart Surge wide receiver and 2021 Rookie of the Year Louis Geyer for the ELF‘s 2022 season.

Centurions general manager David Drane commented on the addition of Geyer, stating,

“Louis Geyer is the reigning European League of Football Rookie of the Year. He made countless plays for the [Stuttgart] Surge last year and showed that he belonged on the big stage”

Geyer ended the ELF’s 2021 season with 22 receptions for 450 yards and 3 touchdowns, averaging 20.5 yards per catch.

The Düsseldorf Rhein Fire have signed former Frankfurt Galaxy defensive back Omari Williams for the 2022 season.

Williams is a former NCAA Division I FCS athlete who played college ball at Samford University. After leaving Samford in 2017, he’d receive NFL camp invites from the New York Jets and Jacksonville Jaguars, but neither team signed him. Williams Joined the Frankfurt Galaxy in 2021, and the team went on to win the European League of Football’s inaugural Championship. He ended the 2021 season with 29 total tackles, 3 interceptions, 1 forced fumble, 3 pass breakups, and 6 pass deflections.

The Barcelona Dragons have signed former Wroclaw Panthers tight end and NFL international combine attendee Igor Mašlanka for the 2022 season.

While attending the NFL’s International combine in London, Mašlanka ran a 4.91 40-yard dash, a 9.34-foot broad jump, and 12 bench press reps. He ended the 2021 season with 6 receptions for 30 yards over an 11-game span. While his production was not the highest in 2021, Mašlanka is looking to improve in year 2 and believes his new quarterback Zach Edwards should help with that.
